| The machine frame is wholly casted for a smooth running. | ||
| The grinding tank with larger proportion of diameter/length and the peg system give the highest grinding intensity. | ||
| The grinding tank, agitator shaft and product outlet are water cooled to avoid overheating of the product. | ||
| The working efficiency of the PHN peg mill is around 3 times of the PHE disk mill with the same grinding chamber volume. | ||
| The finest zirconium oxide bead 0.05mm is possible for real nano grinding. | ||

| The rotor-slotted pipe separation system of PHN peg mill,provides high energy input in comparison to PHE with the same grinding chamber volume,which guarantees high efficient grinding process and high product throughput capacity.The slotted pipe is within the agitator shaft and there is almost no grinding beads around the slotted pipe since teh centrifugal force moves beads out of the agitator shaft. The product exit is removed to close to teh lower part of the flange to avoid possible block of the product because of the slurry deposition. | ||
