Product Application:
This machine is composed by three parts of the main engine, electric control boxes, mainly applicable to the chemicals, dyes, additives, feed, food, medicine, and non-metallic minerals such as in low-hardness material smashing processing, high yield, grain small, low noise, low power consumption, simple maintenance, easy installation, especially suitable for processing chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food crushing.
Working principle:
Material from the hopper by spiral conveyor into the crushing chamber, between the high-speed rotating blade (needle stick) and the fixed ring gear impact, cutting, grinding was crushed, the size of granules can be achieved by changing of the rotational speed.

Can I visit your factory?
-Yes. Many domestic and international customers visit our factory every year. Our company is near Shanghai. It only takes you about 1 hour to get Wuxi. Or we can visit you in Shanghai.

What to do if the machine has a problem?
-24 hours timely response of mail and phone calls. If the parts broken belong to non-artificial factors within 12 months, we offer free replacement. If beyond 12 months, customers should bear the freight back and forth and accessories cost.
Which payment terms can we accept?
1. Normally we can work on T/T term or L/C.
2. On T/T term,30% down payment is required in advance. And 70% balance shall be settled before shipment.
3. On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/C without soft clauses can be accepted. Please seek the advice form the individual sales manager whom you work with.
Delivery time
-Normally, our delivery time is 30 days after we receive the deposit. If the order is big, we need to extend the delivery time.
Does your price include freight?
-Our usual price is based on FOB Shanghai, if you request CIF, please give us your delivery port, and we will give you CIF price.
Warranty time
-We ensure one year warranty, lift-long service and provide technical support free of charge within or after warranty. Within the warranty period, we provide repair services for free. After the warranty period, we only charge cost of the required materials.
