Working principle and structure of slurry dewatering screw press :

It is the screwtype press.The working process is the conveying screw pushthe material which will enter the workbin into screw press,decreased by squeezing screw pitch and diameter of axle, and under the action ofcone resistance and screen wall, make the material of the liquid (juice) will be squeezed out. Squeeze the liquid outflow from the mesh, concentrated in the juice in the bucket. The pomace after squeezing, conversion between the end of the cylindrical screen and conical bodyeduction,conical spring loaded at the back of the body, by adjusting the spring pretightening force and position, can change the size of the resistanceand slag notch, used to adjust the squeezing degree of dry and wet.

Note: The feeding box and sieve tube and screw of this machine adopt high-quality acid and alkali resistant 304 stainless steel materials.
