Description

Water press is used for dehydration juice-extraction of wheat gluten, germ, fiber, potato residues and etc.

It is widely used in wheat/corn/potato starch production and food industries, in order to remove moisture in germ, fibrous potato residues and various rough fiber dregs during processing, so they can be further processed and used. The material dehydrated can enter drying equipment directly; this saves energy to a great margin. This machine may be run separately or installed in a production line.

Its structure is a conical shell with the built-in taper screw belt of varying screw pitch. The compression of material takes place due to two factors of screw pitch and height formed during the rotation. The dewatering material is ejected from the discharging end, the extruded water flows through the sieve pores in shell.
