KSYTCorn Polishing Degerminator

KSYTCorn Polishing Degerminator is a specialized machine is used for corn hulling, degerminating and polishing, which is the most ideal equipment for medium and small corn processing plants to replace old machines. It can also be used in rice industry when modified.

Working Principle

The materials go in the hopper and are pushed to hulling chamber along the main axis by spiral thruster.The pressure door presses and the iron roller rotates to rub and hull the particles which are discharged when up to some extent.Meanwhile,The high pressure blower spray the air into hulling chamber through roller gap,further polishing the particles and taking heat away.Most brans go into separation chamber through sieve holes.Fine brans are discharged by suction blower and collected by collector with lustrous clean kernels and grits left.
