Process description                                                                                                             

1. Brief Introduction

Potato powder is also named potato whole powder. It is the whole processed cassava root and maintain all nutrient composition in the plant.

The production is a physical process to separate dirty solids, fiber, etc. from potato with water as media. It is widely used in food industry and staff.

2. Flow Chart

> Cleaning section
Washing fresh potato from impurities such as dust and other impurities to get clean fresh potato.
> Milling and grinding section
Grinding clean potato root into potato slurry to make it easy dewatering and drying.

> Fermentation Section

The purpose of the Fermentation Section is to remove the poisonous substance in the fresh potato.

> De-hydrating section                                      

Sending the fine slurry to dewatering machine to remove the moisture inside the slurry, and then send it to the air dryer.

> Drying section

Drying the dewatered potato flour in the air dryer to get dry product.

> Product packing section

After drying, the potato flour will be sieving by a product sieve and then packed by automatic packer.

Warranty                                                                                                                            

The warranty period of each item of equipment delivered shall be 12 months from the date of the signing ACCEPTANCE MEMO or 17 months from the date of shipment, whichever is earlier.
