we promise: if it has any problem in warranty time(one year), if it is some parts including temperature controller, Heating element, stirring motor or rotary motor,etc, we must ship to customer by Express(Fedex or DHL or TNT),and air shipping cost is free also. if glass were broken due to natural reason in one year, still we can send new glass part to every customer, and air shipping cost is free also; if it were broken due to human reason, we only charge the cost to every customer, it is our forever promise!
1. Are you the factory?
Yes, we are factory, we established in 2009 years, and started to manufacture rotary evaporator, Jacketed Glass Reactor, Chiller,Heating Circulation Bath, etc.
2. What about the delivery time?
Normally, we have stocks for our hot sale products, the delivery time is about 3~5 days.
As for the customized instruments, it needs 10~20 days to manufacture.
3. What’s the warranty period? How do you provide this?
One years (12 months).
We have very Strict inspection for each manufacturing procedures, the instruments which you received is reliable.
If there’s any errors, we’ll provide you the on line solution with in 12 hours and provide you the spare parts and the shipping cost totally free.
If the problem was caused by the instrument quality, and cannot be repaired, we’ll ship you the new one.
