Size of bras jets are from #50 to #80, for LPG and NG. 

Casting Plant

The casting plant are with more than 300 employees, including 3 senior engineers, 6 engineers, and 18 technicians. We have 5T Cupola, 6 sets electric furnace, with more than 3,000MT capacity. We are professional in different producing process, fully automatic molding line, resin sand casting, manual casting and lost wax casting. 

Quality Control

100% pressure leakage checking before drilling and tapping. 

100% Burning Test after assembling brass nozzles. 

 Packing of jet burners: 

1 pc/caton for big sizes

5 pcs/carton for smaller sizes

Then put ctns into plywood boxes.

The ctns must be fixed, not movable. 

Quality of gas burners are very important.

We guarantee the quality of our gas burners, our products are 100% safe for you and your customers. 

Moreover, a one-year warranty will be indicated on sales contract or proforma invoice. 

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are a iron casting and CNC machining manufacturer, and we are also exporting forging parts,  brass/Alu./stainless steel parts, plastic parts & rubber parts from Join-Venture companies.  

Q: What is your lead time?

A: 2-3 days for regular samples; 

3-5 weeks for making new molds (OEM products);

2-6 weeks for mass production after order confirmation.

Q: Can we get samples?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay freight costs. 

Q: Can you produce according to our own drawings?

A: Yes, OEM items are welcome.
