Part 1: Introdcution and Features:

1.1 extruders and screws

This extrusion line adopts high efficient barrier type screw, specially designed for PP-R material, high quality high speed extrusion, high shear stress and low temperature to ensure that raw materials can be extruded with high performance. The measurement on the feeder with the drying system can guarantee the PP-R material uniformed extrusion.

1.2. Die head

Split spiral extrusion die head can maintain low melt pressure and low plasticization temperature. A wide range of polyolefin materials can be processed by this die head, too.

1.3.Vacuum calibrating tank and water tank

Vacuum calibrating tank and water spraying cooling tank adopts advanced water circulation, high pressure cooling system, installed with vacuum degree adjusting device and automatic water temperature and water level controlling system. All the pipelines are made of stainless steel to avoid rustiness.

1.4Haul off machine

Haul off caterpillars are made of abrasion-resistant material to ensure stable traction at high speed as well as a long service life.

1.5.Non-scraped cutting machine

The automatic non-scraped cutting machine is able to make perfect, non scraped cuts on the finished pipes. The cutting motion of the saw is controlled by a synchronous belts drive which operates very quietly.

3.How to buy our machines? Operation Guide As Follows:

1. Please kindly inform me specification of the products you want to produce:

If you want plastic pipe, plz Inform us pipe diameter & thickness (SDR)

If you want plastic sheet, plz inform us sheet width & thickness.

If you want plastic profile, plz send us general size, picture or drawings.

2. We will send you the quotation details according to your requirements.

3. Discuss each item of the quotation and get the agreement.

4. Sign the P/I and Contract and send us 30% prepayment and we will begin to arrange production.

5. When the machine is ready, customers come to our factory to testing machine.

6. Send us the 70% balanced payment and we will arrange delivery.

4. Quality Guarantee and After Sale Service

1. Warranty for machinery: 18months for mechanical parts, 12 months for electrical parts.

2. Technical service and support will be forever.

3. The seller will dispatch four 1-2 engineers from the seller to the buyer’s factory for installation and commissioning and training till the buyer’s workers can operate the machines independently.
