Construction
SMC 1200B includes two parts:
1.Fiber glass cutting part
2.compacting system and SMC Sheet zigzag packing device.
Fiber glass cutting part uses variable speed motor.The fiberglass content is 12-50% and the resin paste can be coated evenly on the PE sheet.
Compacting system is consisting of a series of roller, pressing by the pneumatic roller ,which can ensure the quality of the sheet
SMC Sheet zigzag packing device is advanced mechanical technology.It can switch to put SMC sheet to another box automatically.
The sheet output is 18 meter per minute and the max. width of SMC sheet is 44" (1120mm).Other technical specification pls see the form.
SMC sheet machine named Sheet molding compounds machine.It is used to produce SMC FRP Prepreg ( thermolding plastics).It produces SMC sheet by forming sandwich structure which outside are two layer films while polyester resin, fiber glass, release agent, hardening agent,pigment,stuffing ect in the middle.
