Q1: What is the packing material? Can we find it in our market?
A1: It is the most common polythene film with 60-80 microns, very easy to get it in your market.
2: What is the packing speed?
A2: Our ST-ARPM-180I can pack 300 to 420 rolls/hr, which means it can pack 2400 to 3360 rolls/eight hour.
Q3: How many Fabric Inspection Machines could link with one Packing Machine at the same time ?
A3: 10sets.
Q4: What is the electrical specs? Can I use the machine directly in my country?
A4: It is 3 Phase, 380V and 50Hz; we could make it suitable for different countries.
Q5: Is the control panel in English?
A5: Yes, it is in English.
Q6: How long is the warranty? If any problems, how to solve it?
A6: 13 months from the date of shipment. If any quality problems within warranty, Suntech will responsible for it, and send new replacements.
Q7: Will you provide free spare parts along with the machine?
A7: Yes, 5% to 10% free spare parts will be sent with the machine.
