Introduction

The training set adopt automotive ignition physical system. All components adopt original parts,QC strictly testified, in accordance with Production Quality Management standard of ISO9001:2008, satisfy the requirement of teaching training project on the car tranditional ignition system, Hall electronic ignition systems, magnetic induction ignition systems, photoelectric sensor electronic ignition system, no distributor ignition system and no grouping independent distributor ignition system structure, working principle, fault diagnosis, fault setting etc.

Basic Configuration

Contact type ignition coil assembly, Hall-type ignition coil assembly, magnetic induction type ignition coil assembly, optical sensing ignition coil assembly, no distributor ignition coil assembly, high tension lines, spark plugs,, engine control unit, anti-theft engine control unit, engine speed sensor, relay and fuse box, battery, training panel, ignition key, ignition switch, anti-theft identification coil, mobile bench and universal casters, general power switch,instruction manual and user guide book etc.

Features

1. Teach board can demonstrate three different types of ignition system structure and working principle

2. Teach board can do comparison with one or more ignition types.

3. Teach board have professional fault setting area and exclusion area, can set a variety of common and uncommon faults.

4. Teach color engraved with colorful ignition system schematics, equipped with detection terminal to detect the pin and various electrical components signal such as electrical resistance, voltage, current, frequency etc, strengthen the student hand-on ability.

5. Teach board installed with diagnostic block, which can connect to dedicated or universal car decoder for effect self-diagnosis functions like reading fault codes, clear fault codes, reading data streams of the electronical controlled system etc.

2). Packaging for training equipment: plastic package + plywood pallet

Delivery Detail: 40 to 50 days after Received advanced payment.

6.After-Service And Training for Foreign User 

1) For our exported equipments, the Warranty is one year, within one year, if there is any problem for spare parts(except damage by man-made) We can supply and replace free of charge. And if after one year, we also supply the service. The difference is user need to pay it.

2) We dispatch our professional and experienced engineer to install equipments and make training for the end users
