Before put into production, all the material must pass the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have met the requested strength and component. We have more than 15 inspection procedures from incoming raw material to finished products.

Yes, we can provide the service of installation, supervision and training by extra. We can send our professional technical engineer to surpervise installation on site overseas. The company provides consulation for light steel building system in all aspects, including design, processing and on-site installation for light steel building, structure and decoration and etc.
8.How to handle the thermal insulation of GAOYA light steel building?
Thermal insulation measure for GAOYA building wall system:External insulation is generally adopted PU wall panel, glass wool insulation shall be filled into the steel frame. At the same time, air cavity between cladding and main structure making the wall have the effect of ventilation and thermal insulation. The wall thermal insulation design can be adjusted appropriately according to the local climate and environment, for the cold places we usually thicken the thermal insulation part.
9.How to handle sound insulation of GAOYA light steel building?
GAOYA light steel building has conducted relevant sound insulation treatment for the wall and floor. The wall steel frame is filled with glass wool. The floor is using damping strip.
10.Does the steel material selected by GAOYA light steel building corrosion resistant?
The steel seclected by us is hot dip aluminium and zinc coated (150g/m2) high tensile G550MPa, its lifetime reaches over 50 years.(We propose not to conduct the structure construction under conditions of strong acid and stong alkali.)
11.What’s the technical specification of GAOYA light steel building products?
The design and construction of GAOYA Light steel building products strictly refer to the industrial specification, which are specification for Low-Rise Cold-formed Thin-Wall Steel Buildings (JGJ227-2011) and Australian/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS 4600:2005).
Packing details:
1. According to the size of the container
20 GP: Inside capacity is 5.69m x 2.34m x 2.18m,Gross weight of allocation is generally 17.5 ton,volumn is 24-26m3;
40 GP: Inside capacity is 11.8m x 2.34m x 2.18m,Gross weight of allocation is generally 22 ton,volumn is 54m3.
45 HQ: Inside capacity is 13.58m x 2.34m x 2.71m,Gross weight of allocation is generally 29 ton,volumn is 86m3.
2. DHL / UPS / TNT for samples,door to door.
3. By sea for batch goods , for FCL or bulk-cargo ship ,port receiving.
4. Customers specifying freight forwarder ot negotiable shipping methods.
5. All of the steel colums&beams ends and plates will be packed by the blanket to protect them from the crash in the container during the shipment.
6. To make the loading and unloading more effieciently and saving the delivery cost , 40OT is preferred to loading the steel frames.
