1. Pillars distance is 6 meters normal, Purlins distance is 1.2 meter normally, if want to be more strong can be 0.8 or 1 meter as client requirements, 

 2. Low cost: Engineer and Designer will design and choose the plan as the economy and will not affect building strong and safety

3. Fast construction and easy in installation, can send engineers to command

4. Span life is at least 50years
