Stability: Stable. Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents.
Recommended dosage in daily foods:
1) With meat, fish: 0.1%-0.15%.
2) With Vegetables: 0.08%-0.12%.
3) With Soup: 0.08%-0.15%.
Daily intake: best not more than 3 grams in total for adult.
Attention:
1) Do not mix MSG with foods when foods temperature is over 120℃.
2) Best not use MSG in alkaline,acidic or sweet foods.
