The application of PE pipe line:

1) It can produce HDPE pipe with diameter from 20mm-800mm. The pipes are usually used in the cable laying, water supply, and sewer etc.  

2) It can also produce PPR pipe with different mould.

 

The working process of PE pipe line:

Raw material+master batches → mixing → vacuum feeding → material dryer → single screw extruder ( small CO-extruder ) → calibrator → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling water tank → haul-off unit → cutting machine → stacker
