Main extruder has high and low pressure screw , enwide the scope of raw material , reducing processing cost and modify the product quality . Main products : Tri-D , screw , shell , strip , round tube , square tube , ring , cartoon shape and sport shape etc.

1: Produced by single screw extruder CYS-100 , the output is 80-100 kg/h .
2: The raw material can use potato starch , corn starch , cassava starch , wheat flour etc.
3: The production line : Installed capacity is 86 kw, Power consumption is 55kw.
4: The size of production line: 16000*1200*1800mm.
5: All machine material is stainless steel 201.
6: Motor , electrical devices and components , frequency converter , we have them Chinese Brand, and we also have them made in SIEMENS/ABB/DELTA ,the price is difference ,it need you order.
7: Energy can use electrical, gas , fuel. Chinese Input Voltage is 380V/ 50Hz /3, If it is different from yours , we will adjust it .
