Wet material mixer

Wet mixer is used for mixing the powder raw materials with the water to become the moist dough flakes. Balance block and frame baseplate is milky white spray-painted carbon steel The material for safety hood and mixing tank is stainless steel

Dough Sheeting System

Sheeter is the machine which can press the moist dough to the evenly sheet, just like the picture showed.The material for protective cover, cylinder base and drum is stainless steel.

Frying System

Fryer is used for frying the potato chips with the edible oil. there are many moulds in this machine, the moulds function is for making the round potato chips to oval and curving shape.

Flavoring System

Flavor machine is used for flavoring the potato chips in seasoning powder, we can change the different flavors seasoning material to get different taste potato chips.
The material for the machine body is stainless steel The material for the frame is stainless steel square tube

Finsihed Products Conveyor

This conveyor is used for cooling the potato chips and transfer to the packing line. The material for conveying belt is Food Grade PU, The material for the machine body is stainless steel
