Production Description:

1) Our Potato Starch Plant is a whole plant/line for Potato/Sweet Potato starch processing without no any additives in the processing.

2) The entire process is mature technology, advanced equipment, scientific, rational process.

3) Starch production STEPS are: Cleaning--The Broken Solution--Screening--Concentrated Refined--Dehydration--Drying--Packing etc,.

     a) Cleaning section(remove sand, stone, grass and other small materials)


    b) Processing section(cutter, rasper, centrifuge sieve, hydrocyclone, vacuum filterand etc.)


    c) Drying and packing section(airflow dryer, auto-packing machine)

4) Capacity: 1-60t/day.
