3 .The flow chart of the flour mill plant
The plant of a modern flour mill has four main functions
1 To store a reserve of wheat before flour mill milling.
2 To remove all the impurities for flour mill milling.
3 To mill the wheat and separate flour from the bran and sk ins of the wheat.
4 To pack the flour and bran before dispatch

Main equipments of Flour mill plant
Part 1:cleaning wheat
The technology of cleaning wheat is the main process in procession of wheat. Strengthening the technology of cleaning wheat is indispensable for producing top-level product.
The cleaning section adopts three sifters, two scourers, two stoners, one washer three magnetic selectors, two adding waters, two tempering wheat, and add up to 15 courses of technological process, in which organic impurity and inorganic impurity can be removed completely from the unprocessed raw grains.
The part of tempering wheat adopts two adding water with different level, which can make the water be infiltrated into the center of the wheat to make the bran soft and separate the endosperm from the bran easily; and make broken bran less, and improve the extraction flour, at the same time it can improve the color of the flour and lower the ash content.
Part 2: Milling flour
The technological process of milling flour.
This productive line changed the design of traditional technological process. which includes break system, scratch system and reduction system, Its features are that the scheme of making flour route is long, and make the flour evenly and completely. The new technological process includes “5B3S6M” systems and has 16 courses of technological process of grinding, which can not only ensures the quality of the flour and the color of the flour is white. The ash content is not only low, but also improve the extraction flour and lower the power consumption.
The main cleaning section includes
1.Classifier separator with aspiration channel for fine cleaning
2.Scourer to remove surface dirt from the grain.
3.Dry Stoner for removing stones and more dense non- ferrous particles.
4.Intensive Dampener and water addition controlled by the auto dampening for optimizing the water
The flour mill milling section contains:
1.Break passages for gentle breaking of the wheat kernel and production of flour.
2.Reduction passages with smooth rolls are employed to reduce semolina into flour.
3.The plansifter serves the purpose of separating the product streamsinto its constituents and directing the various stock qualities to the ;respective grinding passages.
4.Suction pneumatic conveying lines elevate all products in the millingprocess and reverse jet filter is employed for separation of fine flo ur particles from the conveying air.
