Brief Description
The purpose of corn wet milling is to separate corn into four main components - starch, germ, fiber, protein (gluten) and corn steep liquor (CSL); and then convert the components into useful products.
ACRO Design features of the processing line will be typical "wet milling" and "closed cycle process flow", with process principle of material flow, water and heat circulation; counter current process adopted for corn steeping, germ washing, fiber washing and starch washing system; fresh water introduced to starch washing only, process water will be reused as wash water for germ and fiber, steep water preparation etc.; in this way, water consumption and waste water volume reduced, meanwhile, high quality and yield of products can be achieved.
The selected equipments are effective and productive, which have experienced during long term testing and running in practice, performance of the equipments reached to international advanced level.
