Dextrose monohydrate is a white crystalline powdered sugar obtained from the complete hydrolysis of corn starch.
This product is characterised by a delicate sweetness, hight solubility and clarity in solutions,mobilitty and flow in the dry form. Dextrose monohydate has broad application throughout the food and beverage industries. Typical application include bakery products, beverages, dry mixes, confectionery, ice cream, pickles, processed meats and pharmaceutical products.
It is also widely used as animal feed additive for chicken, cattle, pig etc.
