This line consists of sugar grinding machine, mixer,oven, extruder,forming machine, cooling machine, and polish machine, it is an ideal device for prodcing bubble gum in various kinds of shapes, such as sphere, ellipse, watermelon, dinosaur egg, flagon, etc. with pleasant shape and reliable performance , the plant can be operated and maintained easily.
Mian performance:
(1) One to three extruding nozzles, make the bubble gum texture even and good taste;
(2) Adopt three-rollers forming technology, suitable for different shapes bubble gum forming;
(3) Adopt horizontal revolving cooling technology, avoid distortion;
(4) Double colour extruder is optional for producing two colours bubble gum;
(5) Gum size Φ13-Φ25 as per customer demand;
