The SDGF-1400 syrup filling and lid-revolving machine is composed of bottle-setting machine ,wind-blowing machine, eight-head filling machine and loid-revolving machine .
It can be fit together with auto-label-attaching machine,box-sealing machine and so on to form an auto-produce line according to the requirement of the produce line.This produce line is the most ideal one of produce syrup and nutrision liquid at present.I
t can be equipped with6,8,10straight-line-filling heads according to the requirement of clients ,which meet the requirement of GMP
Main characteristics of its function:
- The bottle-blowing machine has dust-absorbing and dust-collecting installation,so it doesn`s pollute the environment and can blow the bottle clean.
- Its filling and lid-revolving heads can be added or reduced ,according to client`s requirement to meet producing requirement of different output.
- The parts which touches the medicine liquid is made of 316L stainless steel completely ,meeting the requirement of GMP.
- The lid-revolving adopts the style of magnetic force, so it doesn`t hurt the lid and the lid will not lose.Adopts PLC control ,it can be operated alone and can also be connected to operated
