The important problem is scattered bigger diameter particle and infiltrating air into the product when mixing, expecially in the process of producing cream, ointment, emulsion series. Regarding to the two problems, our factory has developed ZJR Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer Series that the main systems are composed by homogenizer & Middle(Fixed) Stirrer & Scrapers residues stirrer, which causes the best mixing way to reach the best product.
Work Elements:
After the materials are heated & mixed in water pot and oil pot, they are drawn into emulsifying boiler by the vacuum pump. Adopting the middle stirrer & Teflon scrapers residues in emulsifying boiler that sweep the residues on the wall of the boiler makes the materials wiped off become the new interface constantly. Then they are cut off, compressed and fold by the blades to stir, mix and run to the homogenizer. By the strong cutting off, impact and turbulent current from the high-speed shear wheel and fixed cutting case, the materials are cut off in cut interstices and turn to particles of 200nm-2um promptly. Because the emulsifying boiler is under vacuum state, the bubble that produces in the course of mixing is taken away in time.
Features:
The pot cover is automatic rising type, the material is directly drawn into the emulsifying pot from oil pot and water pot based on a pipe that is under vacuum. The discharge is based on the turn the emulsifying pot. And the heating system is electric heating or steam heating that the temperature is automation controled. Put the cooling water into the jacket to cool the material, which is simply operated and safe. There is a heat preservation layer outside the jacket. The homogenizer and the blade stirring can work together or separately. The material will be sliming, emulsifying, mixing, dispersing, etc. in a short time. The parts Contact the product adopt high-quality stainless steel (medical usage adopt SS 316L. the interior surface is mirror polished, vacuum mixing device is hygiene. It's produced accroding to normal htgiene of GMP standard. It is the most ideal production equipment for cream and lotion.)
