Final products production:

1) Starches are extracted from flour with water and used in food industry, packing materials, paper industry, textile and pharmaceutical industry.

2) Gluten is a mixture of natural proteins of flour; it is extracted from flour along with starch through washing. Gluten is used in food industry – for increasing quality of flour for bread making, for production of meat and other food products. Also it is used as feed for fish. 

3) Glucose & Fructose Syrups are produced through enzyme hydrolysis of starch and used as sweeteners substitute sugar in confectionary industry, bread making and other food industries.

4) Lysine is an amino acid, a component of proteins. It is is crucially essential for people and animals. Lysine is used as feed additive poultry & fish; in pharmaceutics: for tissues growth and neogenesis, antibodies hormones and enzymes production. 

5) Ethanol is produced from starch B. It is used as bio fuel, chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry.

6) High protein feed additive is produced from byproducts after wheat processing: starch B, pentosans, bran and used in cattle and poultry breeding.
