Potassium Citrate is a potassium salt of citric acid with the molecular formula It is a white,slightly hygroscopic crystalline powder.It is odorless with a saline taste.
Application:mainly be used as analytical reagent, food additive; in pharmacuetical industry as alkaline leopoldite and as medicine for the hypopotassemia and alkali-urine; as element in high-efficient compound fertilizer, as well as be applied in paper making and gilding.
