Pullulanase

Product Description

 BP Biotech Pullulanase is obtained from submerged fermentation of Bacillus Licheniformis by series of scientific methods. It is widely used in brewery and manufacture of starch sugar, alcohol, mono-sodium glutamate and organic acid (salt), etc.

Action Principe

 Pullulanase is a kind of isoamylases. It exclusively hydrolyzes pullulan, amylopectin and the α-1,6-- glucosidic bond. Working with Glucoamylase and Beta Amylase can speed up the reaction and improve the content of glucose and maltose.

Product Infotmation
  • Working Temperature: 40oC-65oC (Effective), 55oC-60oC (Optimum).
  • Working pH: 4.0-7.0 (Effective), 4.2-4.8 (Optimum).
  • Mg2+ and Mn2+ have a little increasing effect on enzyme activity; Cu2+ and Fe2+ have inhibiting effect on enzyme activity.
Application Guide
  • In the manufacture of crystalline dextrose or organic acid (salt) with glucose as substrate, the usage refers to the introduction of our Compound Glucoamylase. If the maltose content >55%, it needs to mix Pullulanase and β-amylase.
  • In the manufacture of beer this product can improve the fermentation degree and shorten fermentation time in saccharification and fermentation process, the dosage is 10-50ml/ton wort (base on 1000u/ml).
  • In the manufacture of modified starch, this product can increase the amylose content, change the film forming ability, anti-peptic and solubility, the optimum dosage is 0.6-2.0L/ton raw material base (on 1000 u/ml) as the beginning of small dose, keep for 6-12 hours on optimum conditions.
  • In other industries, also can add Pullulanase in the manufacture of monosodium glutamate, alcohol, vinegar, soy sauce, yellow rice wine etc. 0n the saccharification stage can reduce residual dextrins and improve the utilization rate of the raw materials.
