According to the temperature and size of the repairing part, it is possible to choose to use Jinwei fast dry diluents, standard diluents, slow dry diluents or special slow diluents. The detailed instruction for different temperatures can refer to the Diluents application chart.

Spraying Method:
To Spray 2-3 layers and ensure each layer is dry by touching. The drying time is normally 5-10 min (Depends on the mixing and working condition)
Directions
Clean surface thoroughly, removing all dirt, grease, oil, wax, rust, moisture, etc. Cover adjacent areas to protect from spray mist. Use at room temp.
Shake can vigorously for 1-2 minutes before spraying and occasionally while in use to ensure color uniformity and prevent clogging.
Hold the can 20-30cm from the surface to be sprayed, press spray button firmly with steady even strokes while moving can rapidly back and forth.
2 to 3 films with 20-35μm thick are better. Intermittence of 5-10 minutes between each film is recommended.
Sunlight resistant varnish is recommended to improve the weather resistance of films when used outdoor. Special UV-resistant varnish can be produced to satisfy special demands of customers.
Avoid spraying in rainy day or freezing environment.

Theoretical dosage: 5-7m2/L
Note: Practical dosage depends on different factors, such as shape of work piece, surface roughness, spraying methods, spraying condition and so on.
