If the hardness of water is too high (the hardness of Ca and Mg saline), then the boiler will be dirty, block water pipe, deteriorate the circulation of boiler, make the heat transmission coefficient of the heated area low at the same time, and waste fuel. The capacity of heat transmission of water scale is much lower than that of rolled steel, so we must limit the content of Ca++ and Mg++ in the boiler water. When using sodium ion-exchanging device, the boiler can be rinsed periodically and reduce the scale of boiler, improve thermal efficiency, economize fuel and prolong the boiler life.
SN2- type sodium ion-exchanging device is composed of ion-exchange device and pipe pressure meter. Common salt dissolve pool made of concrete will be preferable. The manufacturer doesn't supply it as one part of the water treatment equipment. The manufacturer supplies a blueprint and the user could consult it while instructing. In addition, the user should buy one 11/2" BL-6 centrifugal pump, type 120 plastic pump (or type of 32FST-20). One piece of transparent plastic pipe with the inner diameter of ø32, type 732 ion-exchange resin (or sulphur coal) 200-400kg for the exchanging device.
Exchanging device is one of columnar shape, with water in-let deoxidize device in the inner part, pneumatic valve device, inspection device, filter device, adding type 732 ion-exchange resin (or sulphur coal) about1.3-2m high before using, the cylinder and the up and down ends are connected by flange bolts, in order to give convenience to add ion-exchange resin and disassembly for maintenance.
Pipeline is used for input original salty water, output soft water, and drain waste water. Close valve, pressure gauge and water meter are installed on the pipeline to control the water flux and direction, observe the water pressure and notify the user the hardness of output water.
