Application: curing syrup, carbonation syrup, corn syrup, wood alcohol syrup, fructose syrup, high fructose corn syrup, glucose syrup, beet sugar. can also be used fruit juice, soft drinks, beer, wine and water filtration, diatomite filtration media other, but also with perlite, activated carbon.It is mainly used to get rid of various invisible impurities in the China traditional medicine, juice, milk, drinks, clean the filtering mesh without stopping the medicine, and can be used for a long time
This equipment is suitable to remove solid impurity which can't be seen in naked eyes, such as in yoghurt, syrup, beverage etc. These two filters can be alternative used and change the filter clothes without stopping machine, suit to long-term process production.
Structure principle:
All the equipment is made in SS304, consists in two cylinders, it's welding structure of single layer stainless steel, surface polishing inside and outside, there is air vent valve on top of filter, in order to air bleeding when working.
Conduit joint adopts expansion or connection, test with 0.3Mpa water pressure, T-joint and out screw cock, start and stop flexibly, the equipment compacts structure, easy to operate and maintain.
Prohibit to use chloridion liquid to wash equipment and store the chloridion liquid.
