Applications
This type of centrifuge is mainly applied to the separation of A-massecuite and B-massecuite. At present, it is also applied to other fields such as dextrose, fructose and other sugar alcohol.
As the separation technology keeps improving, this centrifuge can be tried to process suspensions containing solid crystals, of comparatively low viscosity and high flowability, and comparatively low viscosity and high flowability, and whose general solid to liquid ratio (weight ratio) is 45 to 60%.
General Features
The centrifuge adopts A/C frequency or D/C speed control. During the cyclic and automatic operations, the infinitely variable frequency control can meet the requirements of low-speed feeding, high-speed separation and low-speed discharge to the largest extent. According to the materials characteristic, the optimum operation can be fulfilled by setting the corresponding speed.
While the speed is decreasing, the power feedback brake is adopted, and the mechanical energy of the basket is transferred into electrical energy to feedback electrified wire netting, and the energy can be greatly saved.
The PLC is adopted for electrical control. The screen can rea-time display each operation process, and it is quick and easy for operators to use.
All operations go on automatically by being equipped with electrical ly-pneumatically-mechanically controlled.
All process contact parts are fabricated from carbon steel or austenite stainless steel to meet the needs of different users.
The centrifuge features compact overall construction and stable operation.
