STANDARD MANUFACTURING FORMS
Structure: The housing is equipped with the feeding pipe, washing pipe, sight glass, exhaust port, manhole, and lighting hole. The closed structure, bowl, housing and cover are made of stainless steel. The machine base is made of carbon steel. The surface is coated with stainless steel. The interior and exterior surfaces of bowl and housing, and the surface of exposed parts in the machine are all subjected to polishing mirror treatment.
All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
PLC program control is adopted.
Driving and braking: hydraulic motor + frequency converter + dynamic braking
Pneumatic (hydraulic) action system
PAUT adopts the flat plate type structure with liquid vibration damper.
USES AND CHARACTERISTICS
It adopts PLC control,program setting,unattended automatic operation, and whole-course monitoring of feeding, primary filtering, washing, fine filtering and discharging.
Variable frequency speed control, stable starting, adjustable separation coefficient.
The motor adopts top mounted direct coupling type, avoiding friction and dust brought by driving.
High capacity, high output and enhanced production efficiency
Dynamic braking, non-contact braking mode,without friction and dust pollution
Fully closed structure. The seal is made of silicone rubber or fluorine rubber. The centrifuge cavity is provided with nitrogen protection to meet the requirements of sealing and anti-explosion.
Reasonable structure design. The CIP cleaning system (spraying system) ensures the requirements for cleanliness and conforms to the GMP standard.
The pneumatic (hydraulic) action system which is clean and sanitary can be adopted.
Electromechanical material control.
The optional gas-assisted scraper ensures there is no residual cake in the bowl after discharge.
Safety protection: rotation speed detection, over-vibration protection, uncapping protection, motor overload and overheat protection, scraper turning and lifting machinery electric dual-control, linked locking of scraper and bowl
