New Model Veneer Dryer with Hot blast stove and Hot air room in whole. No need Hot blast stove, save space with a large amount heat. The fuel can be log skin and waste veneer, able to get drying required 160 ºC hot air fastly.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Veneer Dryer is very important part in plywood production line, Veneer drying quality directly affect veneer attaching and gluing product quality. Hot air roller type drying veneer technology is latest design. Working principle: veneer feed between upper and lower 2 steel pipe with 110ºC after pre hot, then go through upper and lower roller for fast drying, make dried veneer smooth with uniformity moisture content. The high temperature rollers touch the wet veneer directly for drying, high heat efficiency, low heat loss.
DRYING SYSTEM
Adopt scientific Hot blast stove and Hot air room in whole drying structure, use centrifugal blower blow the hot air into upper and lower air steel pipe, the hot air come out through wind outlet of upper and lower air pipes to double veneer surface, make veneer heat uniformity to realize drying veneer function.
TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
Veneer feed form inlet entre go into machine, use chain drive upper and lower 2 row rollers rolling, the upper roller dead load press veneer for feeding, veneer go through upper and lower rollers and wind outlet, meanwhile, get drying and smooth, finally get veneer drying, smooth, polishing, traceless function.
CONTROL SYSTEM
Adopt variable frequency speed control, can adjust feed speed according your veneer thickness and moisture content, to get perfect drying effect.
HEAT SYSTEM
Hot blast stove type heat system, can use log skin and waste veneer as fuel.
