Introduction
Cyclone desander is to separate the solid particles in the flowing liquid while swirling in the desander on the principle of screening and separation,which integrates the function of cyclone and filtering and show good effect in desanding,turbidity reduction and solid-liquid separating.it is widely used in water source hot pump,water treatment,food-stuff,Pharmaceutical and other industry.also it is used in river water,desanding for well water,coal washing water,mining water,liquid-solid separating,air exhasuting and non-dissolved liquid separating.
Working principle
Cyclone desander is designed and manufactured on the principle centrifugal subsidance and indensity difference ,solid particles in the fluid swirling and flowing in the sand separator. It is a new separation device which combines filtration device ,when the water flow is below required pressure, it flows from the inlet tangentially enters the sand filter, and generates violent whirlpool, since the sand and water is different in density, under the comprehensive action of centrifugal force, centripetal force and fluid drag force ,the low density water rises and discharged from the water outlet, high density sand is discharged out from the sewage outlet at bottom of the device .individual particles joint floating along the water flow will be filtered by the second stage filtering device, so as to realize the purpose of sand removal.
