The Fully Automatic French fry and potato chips Production line is composed of potato peeling machine, potato chip cutting machine, air bubble washing machine, potato chips blanching machine, freeze drying machine, electrical oil frying and package machine etc.


2.- Fried potato chips/French fries processing flow:
Potato Hoist and Feeding (to Peeling machine)--Washing cleaning and peeling---Select and Trim---Hoist and feeding (to Cutting machine---Cutting into chips---Blanching---Dewatering (Drying machine)---Oil Frying---Doiling---Seasoning---Conveyor---Weight & Packing & Sealing

3.- Fried potato chips/French fries equipment:
1) Potato Peeling Machine for peeling works with spray water, hardhair brush,500~1000kg/hr
2) Cutting machine is used for cutting the potato into pices, flakes, cube, chips, ect, 500~1000kg/hr
3) Washing machine use air bubble to clean the potato chips and remove starch
4) Blanching machine finish function of boiling, cooking and blanching works.
5) Drying machine, equipped with mesh belt and fans to remove the surfance water effectively.
6) Oil frying machine can work with starch pulp machines, to make the potato chips intos snacks food.
7) Vacuum package machine finishes work in weighing, packaging and sealing
