Feature:
1. Vacuum Flour Mixer imitates human hands, wheat flour and water mixed under vacuum condition, which makes the gluten net come into being in short time, it's very tough so that the dough is flexible and smooth.
2. Water circulated vacuum pump is adopted in the evacuation process.It effectively prevents the cacuum damage made by flour and reduce the pollution to the flour. It is more durable and the highest vacuum degree can reach to -0.09MPa.
3. The vacuum pump, pump water tank and automatic water tank are all inside the machine body. It only takes small place and easy to carry and set.
4. In the automatic water system, it uses water level probe to control the water addition and no need of metering pump.
