UPS rotary decanter is developed in the base of PS type, specialized for small and medium size sequencing batch biological treatment system, with better hydraulic mechanical performance. It can realize the water flow enter effluent weir in laminar flow state in decanting water process, adopting constant velocity in decanting overall process, water level steady without fluctuation, it is the key equipment for cyclic activated sludge technology. The decanting water depth can changed at random, user can adjust the water volume according to actual demand, it has the advantage of better decanting water effect,movement sensitive reliable,high degree of automation,centralized management convenient, low failure rate,maintenance convenient etc. which can widely used in city sewage treatment plants and papermaking,beer,tannery ,pharmacy,food,garbage disposal etc industrial sewage treatment.
Main technique performance:
1,main body adopting three points rotate support, each parts coordinate compact,operate steady.
2,Buoy adopt floating design, which can always keep buoy stop slagging surface in the same line with water level according to basin water level constant change, to realize the best stop slagging effect.
3,equipment motive power adopting cycloid pin wheel reducer drive screw rod do uniform linear motion , can guarantee decanting water tank continuous ,uniformly decanting in operation.
4,decanting water speed uniform,decanting water tank without sludge detained ,water level steady no fluctuation ,main body without noise,can automatic return after finishing decant.
5,underwater rotating part adopt mechanical sealing device, to guarantee water decanter rotating part long-term operation without water leakage .
6,Mechanical driven part adopt cycloid pinwheel reducer, to effective guarantee decanting speed steady and supply enough pushing force, electric-driven push rod inside equip with multilevel protection, to guarantee equipment long-term operation without damage.
Working principle
UPS rotary type decanter is compose of decanting device,driven device,drossing buoy device and slewing bearing etc, driven structure can pass extension push rod drive decanting device and drossing buoy device reel rotary bearing rotate , thus to make the decanting water crest of weir up and down arc movement, to realize the purpose of decanting supernate.
