The new generation concentration and filter-press integrated machine is grandly developed on the basis of the new belt concentration and thickening filter developed on the basis of RBYL belt filter press through absorbing the latest foreign principles and technologies about mechanical concentration and filtration press. The sludge added with flocculant could be mixed and reacted fully before flowing into feeding distributor in concentrated section where the sludge will be allocated evenly. The sludge will move together with the filter cloth under the bilateral dredge and gravity of the sludge to get rid of free water very quickly. After gravity dewatering, concentrated sludge rollover machine delivers sludge to gravity dewatering section of belt filter press for further dewatering and convey the sludge to "S" type press segment where the sludge is fixed between the upper filter cloth and the lower filter cloth. The mud cake can be dehydrated again after being repeatedly pressed by rollers of different diameters. Finally, the mud cakes can be scraped by scraper and the upper and lower mesh belts can be cleaned automatically during operation. Featured by large production capacity and high sludge dewatering rate, the machine can be widely used in municipal sludge, tailings, alcohol waste liquid, slime from coal washery, and sludge from paper-making plants, slaughterhouses, car cleaning plants and all sludge treatment processes.
