SN Series Starch Separator is a product of our company developed in response to the change in market demand, an assimilation of the merits of like separating machinery home and abroad. It can be used in the refining process for pre-thickening primary pulp of corm, wheat, potato etc. separating gluten from starch, concentrating gluten and for subsequent working washing and clarifying job and has good recycling function. Annual capacity is 20% more than like products in the market.

The unique hang separator with belt drive is characterized by its simple transmission, steady operation and flexible rotational speed. Free of pollution to vertical axis system and transmission system by starch pulp, the whole machine boasts great reliability.Working together, the hydraulic pressure elevating system and the radial revolving arm can freely control the up and down movements of the bowl set and its rotating direction, making it easy to remove the bowl set for cleaning and then reinstall it. This greatly reduces maintenance cost.
With two built-in disc sets, one big, the other small, the bowl set can adjust the disc number, greatly enhancing the machine's adaptability to materials fed into it and making the separator's processing ability, the quality of after-separation materials and the machine's energy consumption reach an optimal combination.
The separator has unique washing and recycling systems, which can effectively control the technological parameters in the separation process thus improving the quality of starch products.
Real time monitoring of the bearings' temperature, vibration of the machine and the rotating speed via the separator's automatic control and automatic monitoring systems ensures the machine's long time safe and steady operation and prolongs the machine's service life.
In accordance with the law on food hygiene, all the parts exposed to materials fed into the machine are made of stainless steel that has excellent resistance to erosion so that there is no pollution to what is produced.
