2.the gear is made of steel. chrome, manganese, and titanium alloy, the surface of gear is permeated by carbon and nitrogen,which helps to prolong the working life greatly.
3.the technology to assemble the aerator without welding is propeietary technique, which quarantees the stable run and facilitates the transportation.
4.According to the different operation encironment and special needs from customers, we develop the impeller made of engineering plastics and stainless steel. which made sure that our impellers are protected from corrosion from sea water or other corrosive liquid.
Working Principle:
1.The round design of float and spiral impeller can make the output water erupt upward to display the boiling water at a certain area. Then, it will enhance the water's touch with the air . Thus, the dissolved oxygen in water will be increased much.
2.Secondly , in the process of the water's eruption, water passes through the motor and reducer to let the motor and the gear box are kept cooling by water . Under the circumstance, motor will not burn down even if keeps working for long time. Besides, it is tested that the aerator can work at a very lower voltage about 10% lower than normal.

** How is the directly effective depth and effective water length of the "JINJING" paddlewheel aerators?
1. Directly effective depth :
1HP paddlewheel aerator is 0.8M from the water level
2HP paddlewheel aerator is 1.2M from the water level
2. Effective water length :
1HP/ 2 impellers : 40 Meters
2HP/ 4 impellers : 70 Meters
During the strong water circulation, oxygen can be dissolved into the water to 2-3 meters water depth. The paddlewheel could also concentrate the waste, splash out the gas, adjust the water temperature and help the decomposition of organic matters.
** How many units of paddlewheel aerators to be used in the shrimp ponds ?
1. According to the stocking density :
1HP should be used 8 units in one HA pond if the stocking is 30 pcs / square meter.
2. According to the harvesting tons :
If the harvest expected is 4 Tons per HA should be installed in the pond 4 units of 2hp paddle wheel aerators ; the other words is 1 Ton / 1 unit.** How to maintain the paddlewheel aerator ?MOTOR:1. After each harvest, sand off and brush away the rust on the surface of motor and repaint it. This is to prevent corrosion and enhance heat dissipation.
2. Make sure the voltage is stable and normal when the machine is in operation. This is to prolong the life of motor.
REDUCER:
1. Replace gear lubrication oil after the machine being used for the first 360 hours and once every other 3,600 hours later. This is to reduce the friction and prolong the life of reducer. Gear oil #50 is being used and standard capacity is 2.2 liters. ( 1 gallon = 3.8 liters )
2. Maintain surface of the reducer as that of motor.
HDPE FLOATERS:
Clean off the fouling organisms on the floaters after each harvest. This is to maintain the normal submergance depth and optimal oxygenation.

We provide repair and/or adjustment service for one year from the date of delivery ( B/L date ) against defects in workmanship and materials subject to the following requirements :
1. Motor damage by high/low voltage and/or short of electric phases which is incurred by power is not covered.
2. Part damage caused by buyer's failure to replace the gear oil in the reducer as detailed in the clause entitled "Recommended Maintanance Procedures" is not covered.
3. Evidence of impact and/or mishandling, tampering, chemical corrosion, use contrary to the applicable operation and/or installation instructions, or damage resulting from repair performed by other service shop.
