I. Product Overview
DI floating disc vacuum filter is a vacuum filtering equipment with high efficiency and wide application fields. It mainly consists of feeding device, filter cake washing device, vacuum chamber (filter plate), driving roller, filter belt, filter cloth tensioner, filter cloth guide device, filter cloth washing device, drive device, vacuum switch valve, gas control box, discharging device, etc. While working, vacuum chamber (filter plate) is moving flatly together with filter belt, at the same time operating filtering, washing, dewatering, discharging filter cake etc.; when vacuum chamber (filter belt) move to a certain position, because of the action of gas control system and vacuum switch valve, it removes the vacuum, then returns to the initial position rapidly to restore vacuum and takes filter belt to continue moving forward. It runs in cycle like this.

III. application scope
Chemical industry: alcohol, calcium carbonate, sodium sulfide, potassium chlorate, synthetic resin, all kinds of monomer, active carbon, aluminum hydroxide, chromate, plastic, rubber industry additives, fungicide, ferric oxide, lead oxide, coating, dye and its intermediates, molecular sieve, catalyst, etc.
Fertilizer: slurry after calcium carbonate, phosphogypsum, nitrate of lime, calcium sulfate(NPK)and saltpetre phosphorus mothods.
Foods: calcium citrate, citric acid (in calcium sulfate), lactose, protein (potatoes), vegetable oil, cane sugar, calcium oxalate, bleaching earth oil, etc.
Medical: antibiotics, ammonium chloride, fluoride soda, enzymes, aperient, penicillin salt,  sedative, vitamin, etc.
