Application:

• Chevron, cleated and raised-rib belts.
• Second or third cleaner in a system with worn or pitted belts, as the bristles effectively dislodge trapped material.
• Aggregate, sand and gravel, pulp/paper, wood chips, cement, coal, scrap metal, chevron/cleated belts

Features:

• Brush bristles are replaceable, just replace brush bristles not whole brush rollers when they're worn out.
• Adjustable device to easily adjust brush-to-belt as bristles wear.
• Custom voltage and power of motor and reducer.
• Uniquely nylon66 brush bristles-aids in reducing material buidup and clogging
• Works on mechanically spliced or vulcanized belts
• Maximum cleaning- spins opposite the belt direction for optimal cleaning
