- CREEL STATIONThe creel is frame structure that has 200 spindles. There are 3 layers, each layer has 4 rows. Every spindle is equipped with a torque motor and reducer to apply initial tension and back tension for steel cord. Steel spindles are loaded and unloaded by 2 sets electrical cranes (load capacity: 500kg) and loading cassette. Steel wire deflection guiding devices made of abrasion resistant and self lubricating ceramic are installed at steel wire exits, which can guarantee steel wires in order and reduce abrasion.There could be separate unit control and whole linking control for creel.
The tension station consists of clamping, tension moving, tension cylinder, pull-back cylinder, pulley group and hydraulic system etc. The frame is welded and assembled by steel plates. All the tension cylinders are separate from each others that convenient for maintain. The station is controlled by same working hydraulic pressure to guarantee same and constant tension cylinder ejecting force.
The control system adopts PLC.
3COMBING DEVICE
This device consists of comb frame, combing plate, supporting roller and fixed comb etc. The comb plate is square steel tube with spring steel pin. Support rollers consist of positioning channel and adjusting device.
4,BUILDING TROLLEY
The movement of building machine is driven by hydraulic motors, and there is a centering device on the building machine center line that can ensure the movement reliable and stable.
There're 2 rounded cutting knives (trimming knives) are equipped on the outlet of cold pressure plate to ensure accurate cutting.
The control system adopts PLC.
5,CHECKING TROLLEY
This device is used for checking green belt. Driven by motor.
6GREEN BELT LET-OFF(INCLUDING LINEAR WIND UP)
(1)LINEAR WIND UP
It has auto safe let out head, moment motor, which could adjust the speed by auto mode under the condition of steady surface speed.
(2)GREEN BELT LET-OFF
It has auto locking let out head, moment motor, which could adjust the speed by auto mode under the condition of steady surface speed. It also has the rubbing let out and reverse take off function.
7.FRONT STRETCHING PRESS
Assembly 2 guiding shaft into the lower bolster of main press and moving together with bolster. 2 main cylinders tension the belt together with the middle clamping device and hydraulic automatic steel side bar to guarantee the belt loading and unloading and also conveniently for adding brand on the belt.
8MAIN PRESS
(1) Strain plate :
Use Q235A steel board which have been derusted, zinc painted,Plasma auto cut, CO2 protect jointed, alloy jointed and shaken to clear the stress.
(2) Platen
Use 45# rolling steel with heating operation which is manufactured on double faces and 1.6 roughness. Both of the cooling ends is 300mm with on/off valve on the inlet. There's cold and hot exchange function on the outlet. Platen ends with R30 angle.
(3) Upper and lower bolster:
Q235A type welded steel plate in monolithic structure ; anneal treatment after welding can remove welding stress force, then planning machining (CO2 gas shielded welding, Japanese alloy welding rods). The upper and lower platforms adopt double direction temperature water balance system. The heat balancing plate of upper and lower platform has monolithic structure to reduce the distortion of platforms due to temperature difference. The tolerance of lead pressing test is ≤0.15mm.
(4) /Hydraulic Cylinder:
The material of cylinder is ZG35 and ram is made of strong cold alloy cast iron, double seal ring with one dust holding ring.
(5)Hydraulic automatic steel placing device:
There're 2 sets of auto devices on both ends of nether bolster. It should place the side steel in a line before the mould is closing by the program with the effective of 6 hydraulic cylinders.
(6)The hydraulic balance and hoist device:
The 4 devices are set up on both ends of the lower bolster, which are going through the whole equipment. It should make sure the hoist balance of nether platen and keep the thickness of product equal to pledge the quality by the cooperating with the equal oil in every cylinder.
(7)New heating separate material:
Pressure-assistant:≥400kg/com2, Conduct: 0.039w/m.h, Max.temperature: 220ºC-250ºC, Thickness: 16mm
The material could keep the quality while the shape of the rubber board is changing because of the overload heating and longtime work.
(8) Closing mould leading device:
It is 8 sets on both ends of nether bolster, which makes the mistake of lengthways not more than 0.5mm.
9,/Middle Clamping Device:
Same as front type.
10,/Repair Press
It is a common type curing press with steam heating solution, which could repair the partial damage after vulcanizing the product. Cold end set up on the front with 150mm width.
11Multifunction belt pulling device:
It consists of rolls, frame, bearing and its transmission device and hydraulic system etc. Seven small cylinders clamp the conveyor belt and assist to provide tension force on steel-cored rope. The roll has knurling on working surface to increase roll traction on belt; this device has clamping, stretching and pulling function on belt.
12HYDRAULIC BELT CUTTING DEVICE:
It adopts horizontal moving cutting method which can cut any kind and size of conveyor belts. The control system adopts PLC control to realize auto cutting.

The rolls are equipped with edge guide device and friction plate to guarantee neat edge of belt bobbin. The rotary encoder measures and displays length.
14Oval Wind up Packing Device:
Torque motor driving to guarantee the enough haul-off force and it could be set up the size according to customer's request.
15,Hydraulic System:
It could keep the pressure with 1 hour while getting to the working pressure and there's no jam and leak when the pressure is less than 5%; it should supply the pressure by auto mode till getting to the working pressure when the pressure is over than 5% . This system includes pressure limit safe device. The key parts are from Yuci Yuken/Beijing Huade/Taiwan.
16Electrical System;
Use PLC on main machine,Use temperature module and simulate module to control and scout the temperature and pressure. The control system has manual and auto mode. Main electrics are from Siemens or ABB.
