Fully closed structure. The seal is made of silicone rubber or fluorine rubber. The centrifuge cavity is provided with nitrogen protection to meet the requirements of sealing and anti-explosion.

The automatic actuating elements adopt the pneumatic system, which is clean and sanitary.

Vibration damping and isolation system with scientific and reasonable design. The balancing block and imported high-precision liquid damping agent type vibration isolator is adopted. The equipment vibration is totally absorbed by the vibration isolation system without vibration interference to foundation grounds and surroundings.
The equipment foundation balance plate can serve as an operation platform with more convenient operation and maintenance.
Safety protection: rotation speed detection, over-vibration protection, uncapping protection, motor overload and overheat protection, scraper turning and lifting machinery electric dual-control, linked locking of scraper and bowl.
STANDARD MANUFACTURING FORM
Structure: The housing is equipped with the feeding pipe, washing pipe, sight glass, exhaust port, and lighting hole. The closed structure, bowl, housing and cover are made of stainless steel SUS304. The machine base is made of castings. The surface is coated with stainless steel. The interior and exterior surfaces of bowl and housing, and the surface of exposed parts in the machine are all subjected to polishing treatment.
All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
PLC control is adopted.
