1. Washing section : Using rotary washer to remove the mud , stone and sand from potato , cleaning potato skin . Adopt Counter current cleaning technology to saving water and get a good cleaning effect .
2. Starch extraction section : Using centrifuge sieve , hydro cyclone and other machines to separate fiber and protein from starch slurry, then get fine starch slurry .
3. Starch drying section : Using vacuum filter, starch sifter , airflow dryer system to dewatering drying starch.
