BCEE-2101 corrosion and scale inhibitor
Introduction
The corrosion and scale inhibitor for cooling water can effectively prevent the corrosion of equipment and pipelines and prolong the service life of the equipment. A composite corrosion and scale inhibitor consisting of a variety of organic phosphine carboxylic acids, polycarboxylic acids, sulfonate-containing copolymers, corrosion inhibitors, special surfactants, etc., formed on the metal surface using organic phosphonates and corrosion inhibitors. The protective film acts as a corrosion inhibitor, and has good chelation dispersion and lattice distortion effect on calcium sulfate and calcium phosphate in water. According to the principle of reasonable proportion, the synergy effect is fully exerted, and it has the characteristics of high corrosion inhibition rate, high temperature resistance, strong scale inhibition, and easy decomposition.

Application
This product is suitable for circulating cooling water systems in chemical plants, oil refineries, power plants, fertilizer plants, steel plants, textiles, printing and dyeing.
Instructions
The concentration used is generally 10-30 ppm (the exact dosage is determined according to the user's water quality after dynamic simulation test).
Packaging and storage
Packed in 25kg nylon plastic drum, stored in a cool, ventilated place with a shelf life of three years.
