I-1B screw pump
The I-1B type screw pump is a single-screw type transfer pump, and its main working parts are an eccentric spiral screw (called a rotor) and a screw bushing (called a stator) whose inner surface is a double-line spiral surface. The working principle is that when the electric pump shaft rotates, the screw rotates on its own axis and on the other hand it rolls along the inner surface of the bushing. The pump is a single-screw volumetric rotary pump, which uses an eccentric single helix. The rotation of the screw in the double-rotating bushing causes the thick slurry to be moved from the suction port to the discharge port along the spiral groove to realize the pump conveying function.
Character
The I-1B type screw pump has strong self-priming ability and can directly suck liquid without the bottom valve. The pump can be reversed and the flow of the liquid changes by the direction of rotation of the pump. It is suitable for applications where the pipe needs to be flushed in the opposite direction. Smooth operation, vibration and low noise. The structure is simple, and the disassembly and assembly is convenient. Working temperature up to 120 ° C, flow: 1.1-30m3 / h, head: 50-120m, speed 960r / min.
