Structure
Divided into HV part、main transformer、LV switchgear room
HV switch adopts ZF10-145(L)as main switch, barely mounted on a semi-trailer;
In LV switchgear room:
LV side switchgear、control power、DC panel and control protection device
LV internal switchgear1
Adopts three layers housing with thermal insulation structure;
Equipped with air conditioner,service on-demand;
The protection grade of substation housing reaches IP43;
LV switchgear room has fully sealed type storage battery for DC power;
Transformer features
Compact structure、light weight、small space coverage
Adopts flat oil conservator or fully sealed oil tank;
HV bushing laid lower part of the oil tank in order to lower the general height;
ONAF radiator to compress the total volume;
Internal body positioning and lead wire clamping should be reinforced to meet frequent transportation need.
During transportation, avoid violent vibration ,in case of any internal breakdown ;
The speed on flat road
On smooth rood, the speed should be no more than 30 km/h;
On unevenness or curved road, the speed should be no more than 10 km/h。
