Auto-Cleaning System Eliminates Sleeve Fouling
The auto-cleaning system provides superior sleeve cleaning and reduces maintenance costs. Fouling and residue build-up on quartz sleeves reduce system efficiency. Auto-cleaning maintains at least 95% transmittance, ensuring sleeves are clean and the system is consistently delivering accurate dosing while reducing power consumption. Cleaning occurs automatically while the lamps are disinfecting. There’s no need to shut down the system, remove or bypass lamp modules for routine cleaning.
Choosing the Right UV Sterilizer
For optimum performance, UV sterilizers should be placed afteryour biological or mechanical filtration. Also, the flow rate through the sterilizer should be controlled, based on the manufacturer's recommendations. This ensures the UV sterilizer is targeting microorganisms - not debris - and has the correct amount of exposure time to eradicate (kill) the nuisance.
